This is the true ghost of the night. Some travel on safari many times and never see one. They are that gifted at camoflague and seclusion. We love the way in this image it is a series of dots and dashes - the grass is the absolute opposite to the Leopard's rosettes - it almost looks like ink droplets on a coarsely woven paper. The grain, the length of the lens, the shift of day into night - all these elements create one of our favourite images of a leopard we've ever created.
