Crookes&Jackson | Arijiju | Kenya

Arijiju is a private home in Laikipia, Kenya within the malaria-free, game-rich Borana-Lewa Conservancy. Inspired by Ethiopian Coptic churches, with graphic Swahili curves, huge Zanzibari style doors and wide, sun-bleached Lamu daybeds it is a home, a retreat and a true sanctuary for adventure. Crookes&Jackson were commissioned to create the Arijiju visual language along with marketing comms, a book and a website that distil Arijiju's monastic sense of calm. This extraordinary home is currently featured in Conde Nast Traveller UK's Gold List edition - with imagery by Crookes&Jackson.
